sir, with a post graduate degree( 60%) done from ignou ,can one appear for the competitive exams for which the eligibility asked for is graduation with 60%.

Dear Jain No you can not. 60% is required in graduation but you secured in post graduation. So that won't be considered.

yes you are absolutely eligible to appear at the any examination for mentioned criterian exam
