Iam also from Microbiology backgorund but working in food industry since 5 years after M.Sc(MIcrobiology).
Bits Pilani is offerince MS(Quality Mgmt) in distance learning.
NMIMS college is offering an MBA in pharm. mgmt
I suggest u to go only for MBA. all the best

What is the salary of a food microbiologist fresher in India? I finished my B.Sc in microbiology and now I want to do M.Sc. Will I get a good job after doing M.Sc in applied microbiology in the food industry in India?

As you are a life-science graduate i.e Microbiology graduate, you can opt for a clinical research course. Theres a lot of scope in this emerging field. This is expected to be the next boom after IT industry in India as various foreign pharmaceutical companies are outsourcing their clinical research
