What are the various career options after completing a program in game designing and development

I am going to finish my B.tech graduation in november this year.I am having 50% art skills and 50% programming skills like in java,c.I will play a lots of games in my PC.I got a lot of interest in game designing and development.I am unable to choose which course is better for me.can anyone help me.
