What is the basic eligibility for doing B.Tech from Canada

Hi, I am working as a Manger in an Power Plant having experience of 23 in Mechanical Maintenance Fields, I have completed my Diploma in Mecahnical Engineering (1986) and completed Post Diploma in Maint Management 2001 Annamali University as a Distance learning.Shall I eligible to do BeTech in Canada
