MCA has more value than MSc IT.
For doing MCA Enterence Test has to be given.
MCA is a 3 year course whereas MSc IT is a 2 year Course.
For doing MSc IT Enterence exam is not there.

If you are BSC -IT. Sure my advise would be Msc -IT.
