B.Sc. IT has more values than BCA. After doing BCA, you have only one option for MCA Degree. But in Industry, B.Sc. IT has been given preferences for job.

BCA is better and more popular course. Most of the Colleges and Universities provide BCA rather than B.Sc. IT. B.Sc. IT is commonly associated with distance education therefore BCA which is a regular course is much better.

The top BCA Job Prospects are Software Engineer, Software Developer, Web Analyst, Web Developer, Systems Analyst, Network Engineer, Front End Developer, Back End Developer, Mobile Applicati

BCA is mostly for computer software and developing applications, whereas B.Sc IT is a field for computer software maintenance and implementation or related to web development. According to your interest, you can pursue BCA or B.Sc IT.
