B.Sc. IT has more values than BCA. After doing BCA, you have only one option for MCA Degree. But in Industry, B.Sc. IT has been given preferences for job.

BCA is better and more popular course. Most of the Colleges and Universities provide BCA rather than B.Sc. IT. B.Sc. IT is commonly associated with distance education therefore BCA which is a regular course is much better.
