In terms of job aspects in IT domain, BCA has more demand than B.Sc. IT. Moreover, BCA is a professional degree whereas B.Sc. IT is an academic one.

BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Application, it is a professional course of 3 years and you will get full knowledge of computer applications and software. While B.Sc is a general course that is a Bachelor of Science in information technology.

Nothing is best and nothing is the worst. It's you only who makes anything best and the worst. This is a degree, and after this degree, you will be deemed as a computer Science graduate. Both are equally rated everywhere. BCA mostly focuses on the computer software related things. Whereas, B.Sc. (IT)contains computer software and other IT related things. But both course material is almost the same, and job opportunities and future academic opportunities are also the same.

BCA is much better than doing B.Sc in IT as BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) focus on the technical training and covers a large content like programming, software engineer, database designing, and a lot more. Hope this information will help you.

I would prefer BCA over B.Sc IT, because BCA is more in demand, and you'll get more to learn in BCA than B.Sc. Hope it helps.

BCA includes a bit of management as well. So if you are interested in humanities and want to be an IT professional then go for BCA and if you are interested in pure science then go for B.Sc.

    Hello,
According to me, if you have full interest in software development and technology then BCA would be perfect for you. Go for it.
