    Hello,
It depends on your interest. If you want to be a pure application developer then BCA is good but I would suggest you to go with B.Sc IT over BCA.

According to me, BCA is better than B.Sc, because BCA has better scope than B.Sc in Computer Science. Don't compare BCA or B.Sc. Both are better, but B.Tech is much better than BCA or B.Sc. However, it is just a matter of degree.

B.Sc IT gives you thorough knowledge about the IT field, whereas BCA will give you knowledge about Computers and their application. And, you will also learn various computer languages. So, I think BCA is better.

I consider B.Sc IT is better than BCA, but if you want to pursue Master's degree after your graduation, then go for BCA, and then MCA after that.

BCA is Bachelor of Computer Applications and is concerned with applications of computers. It is a 3-year graduation degree course generally for those students who want to learn computer languages and who want to join software firms after it. Higher education opportunities include MCA and MBA. B.Sc IT deals with information technology and its applications.
    Regards.

B.Sc. In IT will be better as IT sector is ever growing and technical skills are always used in a company, so B.Sc. Will give you a wider scope than BCA. All the best.

They both are good streams, you have to self-introspect and decide among then. In my opinion, BCA will be good for you. You can go for MCA later after your BCA.

Both streams are good. Only difference is that. BCA is a professional course in which study is related to all field like commerce, business, and computer engineering, but most preference for computer field.
