i completed b.tech(electronics and communications) with 52% and has 18 backlogs which i cleared in 3rd year.pls advice me a country where i can get admission and visa for masters in communications or electronics?

Canada is the best for ur course.spp is continuing for dec-2010 and under spp programme u can easily get the visa for canada.
Ofcourse there 38 colleges,uni.and technical institute under spp in canada. mostly spp colleges are in ontario state,If u want more information about courses related to your

Hi,
Admission for you in any country would not be a problem but you will face alot of problems at the time of visa. There are 2 possible solutions in your case:
1) Either you pursue your masters course here in India as it would be very difficult for you to get a visa or
2) Pursue a post graduate 1 y
