Which program will add value to an MCA working with a reputed IT company for 4 years

I am MCA and working in a reputated IT company with 3.5 yrs of Exp. in software development. I stay in mumbai and want to go for further studies. So shall I go for Parttime MBA OR any cetifications(IT,Finance) which helps me to grow more in IT field.Can you please tell me which certf. are in demand.
