Will the British High Commission refuse my visa not being able to verify my educational qualification as my college is on strike?

I have graduated from Rajendra College, Jai Prakash University, Chapra in yr 2008. I have to apply for Tier4 Visa for UK to study Masters but my issue is that how British High Commission will verify my qualification as there is strike going on in J.P Univ? I hv heard they refuse visa on such things

Hi, British High Commission will verify your education qualification as they have there own procedure such things like strike or any other related university problem will not the constraint also if your university is UGC/ AICTE approved then you will not face any problem however your case will also
