1.Can i eligible to study in Europe without having TOFEL/IELTS etc for doing Masters Degree?

i am naveen completed MCA in 2012 batch having 66% . I would like to study my Master's in Europe( Denmark).. And i am not interested to write any entrance test like TOFEL/IELTS etc.. If i eligible without having entrance test to study in Europe please give the information of college's list, dates.
