1.How is the scholarship options work here? 2.what is the ground reality of the university (involving hostel ,message and etc)

Class 12th :- 82.40% , I have appeared for cuet and i have scored around 526/1250(pretty low) , and unfortunately i haven't appeared for jee exam , if any please suggest idea what should I do and how should I reach things , and if any provide suggestions about other colleges
