1) ITI and 2) Commerce so what is the best option

if you Want to Work In Industry as a foreman/Worker then Go for ITI... because First Job as an ITI you will have to work as Worker.... And At the Same time Commerce Has a Vast Opportunity and also good package and job...
i would suggest you to go for Commerce ....
