10th-60%,12th is 77.8%, B.com(h) is 67.11%, is there has any chance to get any IIM? how much (Nc-obc) %tile i required to receive a call?

A cat %ike of 92 and above will be required for a chance to get a call for an obc candidate -
CAT percentile is an important factor in getting IIM call. Though your 10th and 12th percentage are low, you will get advantage of diversity for being from commerce background. Again it depends which IIM you want. For IIM ABC you should get more than 98 percentile. But you can get a call from IIM by scoring 80+ percentile.
