12th standard marks will laid me down during while selecting good MBA collages ?

hi i scored 80% in 10th .. but due to some family preoblems i scored 55% in 12th .. but i scored arround 75 % in each BSC year ... and other than that i'm doing doing distance education course ..will this be my negetive point in selecting procedure
