X - 2nd Div; XII(Biology, Phy, Chem) -2nd Div; BCom-3rd Div. 7 yrs customer service executive in call center. left job since i wanted to do something better in life such as senior manager level jobs with better pay packages. my lack of skills aren't letting me grow. pls advise how to reinvent myself

see if you can go for distance learning MBA/PGDM and get into management cadre -need patience family support in your reengineering venture-good luck-geetakshi

One of the options would be to acquire practical skills in field related to computers (either hardware or software or may be both). There is one year courses for this at many institutes. You may do this and start your career fresh. You can then do both i.e. job as well as work as a freelancer.
