3rd yr Diploma in commercial practice passed pupil allowed to join 2nd year Degree course - passed 2nd yr Diploma course why not = to PUC ?
A student who passed XIth std in Tamil Nadu passed 2nd yr Diploma in commercial practice which University gives
equivalent certificate to PUC/2nd yr passed Foundation course. Of course, he did not attend 12th std. Will his qualification is considered as 12th/PUC in Indian Universities ?
