either to get admission in c/yr., in EEE or in next yr. in3rd yr.in EEE. If not possible then atleast in 2nd yr,in computer science in Eng. next yr. ie.2012-13

If your father/mother working in the Govt. Dept. then just show the transfer letter. You will get the admission without any problem. Even if this is not the case you can approach the college of your choice they will accommodate you. If you are changing the University then take migration certificate.
