5 years experience in bpos...which course i shuld go for..project managment or six sigma ..is there any other course as well

Dear Rajiv ,
Well BPOs are all about Projects so i suggest you to go for Project Management but if you are a commerce Student then you can also do Diploma in BPO Account and Finance .
