55% must in PUC to seek a job in any compamy?

I Am pursuing BBA i hv scored 60+ in all 5 sem's won 3 nationl prize and 4 state level prize in marketing event good in communication and 24 months exp also.SSLC i hv scored 72% and the problem is with puc i hv scored only 40% n i took 2 year to cumplt puc i m confused whthr to do MBA or job.
