Hi,
With 70 marks in JEE-Mains, you may expect All India Rank (AIR) between 120000 and 150000. With this rank, it would be tough to get a seat in NIT. But, you may get in :
-Lovely Professional University
-Sharda University
-Amity University
-AMC Engineering College
-Tezpur University
