Yes you are eligible,placement is depend upon the student how well he perform in selection process and pay for summer internship is between 7 to 15k.

Yeah you are eligible for IMDR and yes freshers do get more than average salary. Most of the students in IMDR are freshers and they get good packages. The stipend depends upon the company where you do internship.
