78 marks in JEE MAINS and i belong to OBC, got 61% from bihar boards suggest me the best college for B.Tech in CSE.

i don't think u ll get any govt college with cse. u should try for private colleges like MANIPAL,KIIT,VIT,SRM..

crossing the cutt off doesn't mean that you ll get into nit. but ur marks is not so good nd not so bad. so i there is a chance u ll get nit patna but not the preferred branch. lets see what happens.
