84.5% in CBSE boards and 75.5 percentile in JEE 2019. am I eligible for CSE in this institute?

Yes, you can get good state label college as private colleges at this Marks, but very less chance fir NIT.

Please mention the institute name. If you are asking about NIT or IIIT, then there is no chance at this percentile. You need to score percentile above at least 95 if you belong to general category. You can try for private colleges at this percentile and board marks. -
