Hello,
I am assuming you to be of general category.
With this percentage, it is hard to get CS or IT branch except this you can surely get any other branch.
If you want only for these branches then you will have to wait till the last round of counselling.

Yes, you can get admission in SASTRA University with this score in JEE Mains. You will get information technology in second or third round. You should apply for this college.
