A 12th pass student with commerce background and pursuing his B.Com degree and he is in final year. Is he can apply for PG in MCA.

Yes, any student who has completed their graduation or may be in last year of graduation can apply for MCA. However, Maths should be the main subject in 10+2 or any year of graduation. Students of Arts, commerce as well as of Science stream can apply for MCA.
