A B.Com in '05 and finished Postgrad certification in HRM '09 (1 yr) from Canada. Have 8yrs work exp.want to do MBA but cant leave job.help

I am back in India and currently working as a Manager in a staffing firm. I am looking for a part-time or distance MBA as I dont want to leave my job. Will an Executive MBA help instead of regular MBA course? which university degree is globally recognized? Please advise.

Hi Aashutosh. He / She can do MBA (HR) from IGNOU in distance mode which is the best for him/her. He/She has to write the exams only and prepare distance the assignments and come write the exams as per schedule. All the best. Regards. Gijoo
