A Diploma holder can do correspondance BE ,IF YES THEN PLS GIVE THE NAME OF INSTITUTE

Dear Vinod, If its a proper diploma from university of 3 years then you can apply for BE through Correspondence. For more details you can visit SMU or IGNOU website. All the best

I don't think this is feasible and should be done. But anyways you may contact Karnataka Open University for this.
