a final year mechanical student here...confused with MBA and M.E.(M.Tech)
i have scope in business as my dad run a medium scale business but i can opt for a job too if its paying me good as dad have other option than me to handle business. i have got to know that its only beneficial to go for masters if you are interested in teaching line but i am not interested in that.

hi kevin being a mechanical engineer i too faced the same dilemma during my final year & unlike u i decided to give both during my third year thn gave both in my final year as well got 85 - 90 %ile in CAT & GATE.i would advise you to think in the direction "how do i want to see myself 5 yrs frm nw"

To help yourself in deciding about the right field first evalaute your inherent capabilities and your interests to find out if you are more inclined towards technical aspects, or towards research kind of work, or towards the education field, or towards corporate sector or may be towards starting you
