Vishal, I could tell you that XYZ Institute is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes

Hi,
Well, it would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. You also need to check whether the institute has it's own publication house and connoisseur faculty.
