A lot of private schools pay very basic salaries to primary teachers so what still motivates one to teach in India?

Many schools give good payment but many may not give but I think, passion and satisfaction motivates for this job in India. India is the nation of ideals and ideas. Teaching is the most Honourable job in India.

Teacher is a very respective word in India. Teacher is a personality which builds the nation. They teach child so that they do something big in their life for their nation. Yes, in today world, as population increased, job with good salary is tough and teacher job with less salary is also very tough
