You have scored well in JEE and you have scored a great rank and yes, you can get a seat in NITs.

Yes, 247 is a great score, he/she will get seat into the top NITs. Moreover, most of the seats are filled by JJ College of Architecture, Chandigarh. Your Mains marks will get you into NIT - Trichy, Rourkela or Jaipur. Also, you have sufficient marks for SPA's. Do apply for them too.
