Yes, you will understand as almost all colleges teach computer Science from basic level. Don't worry about it.

The subject of 'computer' is nothing but understanding logics and mathematics. If you are okay in physics and maths, you may understand that you have enough skills to handle computer. No need to worry.

Yes, because CSE course starts from the basic only. Most of the CS students are from PCM/PCB/PCBM. So, don't worry about it. All the best.
