A rank of 7123 in JEE Mains. Can I have a chance to get a seat in NIT, Warangal or not or in Nagpur in CSE branch?

NITs are colleges with some cut-off criteria for admission. The college does not reveal it and every year it is changing.
But for reference, you can refer to the official website of NIT Warangal. They have provided complete details of opening and closing ranks of the previous year. -
