A student has entered CME qualification in APECET but she wants to join AI&ML B.Tech via lateral entry. Is it possible?

It depends on the institute in which you are seeking to take admissions. Institute has it rules and regulations regarding lateral enteries, eligibility criteria may also be there for lateral entry. Direct admission is also possible but it is completely dependent on institute policies.
