A student with mass communication background given equal opportunity as others like B.tech, etc while selecting students in top B schools?
I am doing my BJMC right now and want to pursue MBA further.From the trend I have seen in student profiles studying in top B schools they all've BBA, btech etc background.I wanted to know whether is this also a selection criteria in these institutes or will they give me same imp as others?

Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, yes surely after completing your mas communication you can pursue MBA, and you will be given equal opportunity at par with students form others backgrounds like B.com,.B.Tech, BA etc.

Well you will get equal importance. In fact a lot many B Schools like IIMs, XLRI etc look for diverse profiles in which case, you will definitely get an advantage over others.
