About B.E./ B.Tech

I will got less marks in jee 2014 on the basis of answer key uploaded on websites. Only 35 marks will be get in jee main 2014 .also in HSC maharashtra board I will got between 60-65% . So, will I qualify for B.E /B.Tech in good colleges?. I' m in a general category. Pls solve my confusion.
