About BSc NT

What is the eligibility for BSc NT ? Because a learning center saying to me that BSc NT is only for who live in Karnatka but I am not sure.

    1. Bachelor of Science in Network Technology(B.Sc-NT)
    Eligibility: 10 + 2 or equivalent / 3 Year Diploma from a State Board of Technical Education.
    2. Following are the colleges that offer this course:-
    *Sikkim Manipal University
    *ICIT College of Management and Information Technology
    *Apar India College
    *Bharathiar University
