Hi, Please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. About career

I completed my bscit in regular college and DIM,PGDIM,PGDHRM after the Ignou entrance test for the 2 years. now i am confuse that this is not equal to MBA. now i can do phd to make good career opprtunity .

For PhD you compulsorily need a masters degree
