About CCNA course and ETHICAL HACKING course

I am in first year of B.Tech(CS). I am from Gurgaon. Tell me something about CCNA & I want to do a course related to ethical hacking. tell me some institutes for it near my city.also suggest me when should I start my ethical hacking or what is the basic requirement for it?
