About college recognition and university its affiliated to

i want to know whether Gems b school is a good college to do MBA..it offers weekdays work and weekends study..its UGC recognized..but its affiliated to a uk university....so is it good to have a MBA course there? does corporate people of india and other countries agree to such a type of MBA??
