About eligibility for vaccency after passing CTET but 2ndyear ( only 4th sem) not cleared.

I have passed 1st year (1st and 2nd semester) exam and than filled the CTET form. Before the examination of CTET my 3rd semester exam also conducted and I have passed in it. After CTET exam I have passed in it but my 4th semester exam is not held. Am I eligible for filling up for vacancy?
