About MBA

You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies. You can apply while you are in your final year of graduation. If you do get through the admission test, you will be given provisional admission on the condition that you provide your mark sheet and a certificate of passing by a certain date. Besides the entrance tests mentioned above some B-school even conduct entrance test of their own like: - IBSAT: ICFAI Business Schools - NMAT: NarseeMonjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. - MICA: Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad. - IIFT: Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi and Kolkata. - SNAP-Symbiosis. The selection process in B-schools generally consists of : A. Past Academic record. B. Scores in entrance tests. C. Group Discussion. D. Personal Interview. E. Work experience. Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other. The process may include - Written Test. - Group Discussions. - Personal Interviews. For doing 1 year Executive MBA you need to have 3-5 years of Work Experience.
