Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 15913. you have not write about the caste and home state you belongs. However on the basis of last year of trends you can get the following NITs under other state quota for general category.
1. NIT Puducherry (EEE, ECE and Mechanical)
2. MNNIT Allahabad (Chemical and Civil)
3. NIT Hamirpur (Electrical)
4. NIT Trichy (Production Engineering)
5. MANIT Bhopal (Mechanical)
6. NIT Patna (ECE)
7. NIT Raipur (ECE). .
