Hello sir, I am already took admission in Your college in 5 years Integrated MBA and also I gave fees of my courses and college online study is started but I not know how to join in online classes.

You have been provided links of Google Meet or Zoom or any app by the faculties, your class representative will provide that link to your respective class. You have to join lecture according to the timetable.
