About UPSEE 2015 counselling Rank GEN-12568, BC-3526. Please help as asap. Its urgent

My rank GEN-12568 and OBC 3526. in first round i got GCET, greater noida EEE branch. I had locked it. Can I participate in 2nd round also? If I participate in Special OBC round then is there any chances for CSE, ME, EC or EN at KIET, AKG or ME at ABES? Please help asap as counselling is going.

Yes, you can participate in second counselling. Under BC seats are limited.i dont think so you will get any benefit. already ur rank in general is good. but great noida? You can try better options as BITs, NITs, Lovely professional University. best of luck.
