About VIT counselling process. I have to give choice for B Tech (Branch/College/Scholarship Category 1 to 5. What is this category? Please.

Firstly we have to fill their preference of courses and colleges in which they seek admission. Considering the candidate ranks, choices filled and availability of seats, the authorities shall offer admissions. Then according to our rank they will release the category beacuse fee depends on category number.
