According to NEP what are the sudden changes in JEE Main exam?

Now these days CBSE give a chance to choose combination subject. I choose subjects are Physics Maths economics. Because I will do B TECH in Software Engineer. So AICTE also tell that chimestry is not important for engineering. Can I eligible for JEE Main exam in future with these subjects.
