Actually, I am B.Tech final year student with 75 percentile in CAT 2018. Is getting into BIMTECH a right choice or should I give CAT next yr

I am having 95% in 10th, 87% in 12th and a CGPA of 8.34 in my B.Tech till now. I have no work experience but I am having a revenue-generating startup.

BIMTECH placements like between 5-7 LPA only. So, I think, you should try one more and try to get around 90 percentile. So, you can get decent colleges.

Congratulations on the score, you have a pretty good academic score, also 75% in CAT is not a cake walk. I would suggest you not to take an year drop and go for MBA/PGDM this year itself so that your CV does not get affected. With this percentile you can apply to various colleges such as XIME, IBS,

You have scored extremely well in your academics. There are bright chances of you getting selected in BIMTECH. I would suggest you not to take drop as it will make you suffer later at the time of placement when some company puts clause that no drop students allowed, etc. I would suggest you to fill
